The brief descriptions below are designed to familiarize you with our staff's training, professional credentials and work experience.

Dr. William Record

Dr. Record graduated from high school in Frankfort, Indiana. He received his bachelor's degree from Butler University in 1972, and his D.D.S. from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1976. He opened his Plymouth practice in August of 1976.

Dr. Record is a member of the American Dental Association, the Indiana Dental Association, the Chicago Dental Society, and the International College of Dentists. He is also a member of the North Central Dental Society where he served as President, Vice President, and a member of the Board of Directors. He has served as a delegate and alternate delegate to both the ADA and IDA House of Delegates.

Dr. Record has been involved with many local and civic organizations including The Boys and Girls Club of Marshall County and United Way of Marshall County. He and his wife Kathy have four children, and two grandchildren.

Sherry Schafer

Sherry Schafer is a Certified Dental Assistant, and has been with our office since 1980. She was a chairside assistant until 1998, when she became our office manager. She graduated from Plymouth High School, and received her CDA from Indiana University South Bend. Sherry is married, and has two sons.

Rose Sherwood

Rose Sherwood is an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant, receiving her certification from Indiana University South Bend. She is a graduate of Plymouth High School. Rose and her husband live in Plymouth. They have two children, and four grandchildren. Rose has been with our office since August of 1990.

Wendy Norem

Wendy Norem is a Certified Dental Assistant. She graduated from LaVille High School, and from the assisting program at Indiana University South Bend. Wendy is married, and has 3 children. She and her family live in Grovertown. Wendy has been with our office since June 2001.

Connie Ottow

Connie Ottow is a Dental Hygienist. She graduated from Plymouth High School, and Indiana University at Ft. Wayne. Connie is married, and has two children. She and her husband live in Plymouth. Connie has been with our office since 1977.

Carol Bombagetti

Carol Bombagetti is a Dental Hygienist. She grew up in Chicago, and moved with her family to Knox in 1970. She graduated from Knox High School, and received her dental hygiene degree from Indiana University South Bend. Carol lives in Knox. She is married, and has three daughters. Carol has been with our office since 1995.

Kelli Hacha

Kelli Hacha is a Dental Hygienist. She graduated from Monroe Central High School. She attended Indiana University Ft. Wayne where she received her dental hygiene degree. Kelli is married, and lives in Plymouth. She has one son, and two daughters. She has been with our office since 1994.
